Since our inception in 2009 Lake Worth Palm Beach County, TCI has specialized in providing high quality General Contracting and Roofing Services to the leaders in the Public and Private Sectors. Our clients choose TCI because we have a reputation for not only being one of the top performing roofing contractors in the Florida (Certified as top 2% in North America by the largest roofing manufacturer in the world, GAF.) We’re also certified, and trained by all the Major Roofing Manufactures including Tremco, Soprema, GAF, Sika, to name a few. We install all types of roofing including Modified, Tile, Shingle, TPO, and we even custom fabricate our Metal Roofing panels on site, as well as being known as the leader in advanced Energy Star rated Liquid Applied Roofing Systems throughout

TRAINING/EDUCATION: The Owner/President of TCI is a licensed Structural Engineer and she requires monthly (often multiple times per month) staff training workshops. In addition, we offer FREE Lunch and Learn Workshops for our Clients, where they learn about the newest proven Energy/Efficient and Environmentally Sustainable Roofing Systems where Engineers/Architects will receive “AIA Continuing Education Credits”.
SECURITY CLEARENCES: Our teams are required to undergo not only basic security clearances, but comply with the “Jessica Lunsford Act” which is a more strict security evaluation needed in order to qualify to work with the Palm Beach County School District.
GENERAL/ROOFING CONTRACTING: On many roofing projects, often some types of General Contracting work is involved, and since we’re both licensed Roofing and General Contractors, we have the ability and experience to self perform much of the work, which saves our clients time and money. TCI is one of the leaders in implementing the newest proven roofing systems for our clients.
SERVICE: TCI is proud to be certified as a Premium and Master Elite Contractor. To achieve being a Master Elite Contractor, all of our work for a manufacturer has to be inspected before, during, and after, in addition we have to score a perfect 10 out of 10 rating. Most contractors cannot maintain this certification, and once we achieved it, we’ve always maintained our 10 out of 10 on every project, year after year.
OUR RECORD: Since our inception in 2009, TCI has maintained an unblemished, Safety, Job Performance (single projects up to 2.5mil), Financial, and Legal record (never any legal action).
